Driver training after passing the driving test
Pass Plus is a training scheme for new drivers.
Its aim is to improve your driving skills and make you a safer driver just after passing your driving test.
Develop your driving skills so you can drive safely in all conditions and on all types of road. Until you do this you will be at greater risk of being involved in a collision.
Pass Plus training can lead to motor insurance discounts.
Designed by the Driving Standards Agency, the six module syllabus will develop your newly acquired skills.This include busy main roads, all weather conditions, driving at night, country lanes, motorways and dual carriageways.
Participating insurers will usually give a one step progression on their discount scale. This means a one year's no claims bonus for third party, third party fire & theft or fully comprehensive.
